Just a few samples of the delicious food available at our Greek Festival!

	Traditional Gyro Sandwich Seasoned cooked beef and lamb served on a toasted pita bread with your choice of tzatziki sauce, lettuce, onions and tomatoes. Also available as a vegetarian sandwich.
	Pork Souvlaki Sandwich Tender chunks of seasoned marinated pork, charcoal broiled on a toasted pita bread with your choice of tzatziki sauce and a tomato & onion mixture. Also available as a chicken sandwich.
	Calamari Delicious seasoned fried squid.
	Pastitsio A macaroni casserole with ground sirloin beef, topped with a creamy cheese sauce.
	Greek Salad The classic salad containing crisp lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cucumbers topped with feta cheese, Greek olives, peppers and a special Greek dressing.
	Dolmades Grape leaves stuffed with rice and meat marinated in lemon juice.

And now for some pastries!

	Baklava Nuts, butter and cinnamon baked in layers of filo and topped with honey.
	Kourambiethes Butter cookies sprinkled with powdered sugar.
	Loukoumades Lightly fried fluffy puffs of dough dipped in honey.
